Terms and Conditions

The agreement for accounts, study passes, learning materials and use of AdjusterBase.

Effective: September 20, 2026 · Version 2026-09-20

About this agreement

Andrew D'Angelo operates AdjusterBase and is the contracting party referred to as we or us. These terms govern your use of AdjusterBase, including its public resources, accounts, courses, War Chest and available AI study features. Read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Educational and AI Disclaimer before creating an account or buying a pass. Contact legal@adjusterbase.com with questions.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a pass. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. An individual pass is for one named learner, not a shared team account.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your login confidential and notify support@adjusterbase.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share, resell or transfer your account. You can use supported email/password or social sign-in options; those providers have their own terms.

We may require email confirmation and restrict access for suspected misuse, fraud or a security incident. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact support. A restriction does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Study passes and payment

Creating an account is free. The single-state pass costs US $50 and provides six calendar months of access to the selected state's published course. The all-state pass costs US $100 and provides twelve calendar months of access to published state courses, including courses added during that access period. Access begins at the verified purchase time, not your first lesson. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be shown before payment.

All study-pass sales are final, with no voluntary refunds. Refunds required by law and correction of duplicate or erroneous charges remain available as described in the Refund Policy. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Access expires at the end of the purchased period. Future purchases use the price and terms displayed at that time. Creating an account, selecting a state or opening a checkout page does not itself create paid access. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Review the state directory and checkout description before buying. Not every state has a public-adjuster licensing exam or permits the same activities. A study pass does not include exam registration, license fees, continuing-education credit, professional representation or future standalone professional/AI tools. Features are included only as described for the selected offering.

Your license to use the materials

During authorized access, you may use the materials for your own learning. You may download or print items expressly offered for download, and adapt designated blank worksheets for lawful work within your professional authority. Retain source and ownership notices. This permission does not authorize selling the library, sharing paid course access, republishing question banks or representing our materials as your own training product.

Paid access does not grant permission to disclose, distribute or resell protected nonpublic course content, proprietary compilations or question banks. Do not share credentials or copy the paid library for another person. Public laws, public-domain information, your independently developed knowledge and lawful disclosures are not made confidential merely by appearing in a course. AdjusterBase or its licensors retain rights in original courses, software, designs and other protected content. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Public links and citations are not a license to redistribute the linked work. Statutory exceptions and lawful use of public-domain material are not restricted by these terms.

Your submissions

You retain your rights in notes, questions, feedback and other content you provide. You give us a limited permission to process and display that content as necessary to operate the requested feature, provide support, maintain security and comply with law, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person's confidential claim records, invoices, identification or information you lack permission to disclose.

Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints, reporting suspected violations to authorities or exercising consumer rights. You do not transfer ownership of your reviews to us.

Educational limits and acceptable use

The service provides independent education, not legal advice, claim representation, appraisal services or a license. Practice results are not official exam results and do not guarantee passing, employment or a claim payment. Verify current law, policy language, licensing rules and official examination requirements independently.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the service to fabricate evidence, inflate claims, impersonate a professional, bypass access controls, interfere with systems or obtain answers to a live examination. AI output and calculator results require human verification before professional use.

Availability, changes and ending access

We may correct content, update features and perform maintenance. A course can change as laws or examination requirements change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent access after your pass ends. Contact support if an essential paid feature becomes unavailable; the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights govern remedies.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through privacy@adjusterbase.com. Stopping use or deleting an account does not automatically initiate a refund. Full refunds revoke the associated access; partial refunds generally leave its original expiry unchanged. Payment disputes may suspend access while reviewed.

We may suspend or end access for material violations, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Contact support to dispute an error. Terms that by their nature need to survive, including ownership and applicable dispute rights, continue after access ends.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, materials and tools are provided as available without a promise that they will be error-free, fit a particular professional purpose or produce a particular outcome. We do not exclude any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for verifying professional decisions and complying with your role's legal limits. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a shortened statutory claim deadline.

Questions, disputes and updates

Contact legal@adjusterbase.com to raise a concern. Informal resolution is encouraged but is not a prerequisite to exercising rights or meeting a filing deadline. Applicable law determines your rights and the competent forum; these terms do not select an exclusive out-of-state forum.

We will date revisions on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New terms will not retroactively remove accrued rights or change the price or stated duration of an existing paid pass. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
