Security and Vulnerability Reporting
Report account compromise or a suspected security issue through a dedicated contact.
Account and billing concerns
For suspected account compromise, contact security@adjusterbase.com. Use the password-reset flow if needed and protect your email account. For an unfamiliar charge, contact billing@adjusterbase.com and your payment provider as appropriate. Never send a password, session token, full card number or security code by email.
Responsible reporting
Send the affected URL, approximate time, a minimal reproduction and impact to security@adjusterbase.com. Remove personal information and secrets from screenshots or logs. Do not access, copy, modify or disclose another user's records to prove an issue. Stop if you encounter private data and report the minimum details needed to locate the problem.
This page is a reporting channel, not authorization for penetration testing, denial-of-service tests, social engineering, payment testing or attacks on our providers. It does not create a bug bounty or promise a reward. Ask before any testing beyond ordinary use of your own account.
We will review reports and may request safe clarification. We do not promise a particular remediation deadline or make an unqualified claim that the platform cannot be breached. Please allow coordination before disclosing details that would expose users to an unresolved vulnerability.
