Refund and Access Policy
How to request purchase help, what happens to access, and the rights that still apply.
Purchase terms
A single-state pass is US $50 for six calendar months. An all-state pass is US $100 for twelve calendar months. Both are one-time payments without automatic renewal. Access begins at the verified purchase time. The selected state and available content are shown before purchase.
All sales final; billing corrections and legal rights
Contact billing@adjusterbase.com from the email used for your purchase. Include your order or receipt reference, purchase date, selected pass and a brief description of the issue. Do not send a full card number or security code. Requests for duplicate charges, incorrect access, technical problems or other purchase issues will be investigated.
All study-pass sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, a trial period or a money-back guarantee. Your purchase makes the paid digital materials available once payment is verified; not logging in, not using the materials, changing your mind, choosing the wrong state or failing an examination does not create a voluntary refund entitlement. Review the state directory, free samples and pass details before paying. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or correction of duplicate or erroneous charges. Mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed services and unauthorized transactions remain unaffected.
Access, expiry and payment disputes
A full refund revokes the associated study pass. A partial refund generally leaves access active until its original expiry. Payment disputes may suspend access while reviewed; a resolved dispute does not extend the original pass period automatically.
Letting a pass expire, ceasing study or requesting account deletion is not the same as requesting a refund. Because there is no automatic renewal, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your next purchase, if any, requires a new payment.
Approved refunds are returned through the payment processor where possible. Bank processing time varies; contact billing if a confirmed refund has not arrived within the period stated in its confirmation. You do not have to waive legal rights, suppress a review or withdraw a lawful complaint to request help.
