Editorial Policy & Source Standards

Learning material should make its source, scope and limitations clear.

AI-assisted preparation

AdjusterBase uses AI-assisted drafting and structured content checks. A published lesson or recorded source date does not mean that a licensed attorney, regulator or independent subject-matter expert has reviewed every statement. We do not label content as expert-reviewed unless that review can be identified.

Source hierarchy

For state requirements, prioritize current regulator publications, statutes, rules and official exam-provider materials. Product instructions and locally adopted construction requirements support relevant construction topics. Secondary educational references provide context and do not override primary authority. State pages list the sources recorded for their course edition.

Dates and updates

Publication dates identify the release of a resource. A source-check date is the recorded check for that edition, not a guarantee of ongoing accuracy. Changes in law, exam outlines, policy forms or source availability can require revision. Confirm consequential requirements with the issuing authority.

Original examples and privacy

Public practice questions and examples are educational and are not represented as official exam questions. Public resource examples are fictional. Customer information, invoices and private claim records do not belong in public learning examples.

Editorial contact

Andrew D'Angelo is the contact for AdjusterBase content questions. Send public-page corrections to sales@adjusterbase.com with the page URL, the statement and a source. Do not include sensitive customer records.

Corrections

Signed-in learners can use the content-report control on supported learning items to identify an error. Include the state, lesson or question, the disputed statement and a current authoritative reference. Reports enter a review queue; submission does not mean the issue has already been resolved.

Professional limits

Course completion does not issue a license, grant CE credit or establish authority to represent another person. General resources do not interpret an individual's policy or replace legal advice. No exam result, insurance payment or claim outcome is guaranteed.
