Accessibility Statement
How to report an access barrier and request help using AdjusterBase.
Our approach
We aim to make study resources usable with keyboard navigation, readable structure, descriptive controls and text alternatives. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an improvement target, not a claim of certified or complete conformance. We have not completed an independent audit of every course, device and assistive technology.
Some interactive exercises, third-party sign-in/payment pages, browser speech features and downloadable documents may behave differently across devices. Captioned public videos also include text transcripts. Report a barrier rather than assuming it is intentional.
Request assistance
Email support@adjusterbase.com with the page or activity, what prevented access, your browser/device and assistive technology if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. Share only information needed to explain the barrier; medical documentation is not required to report a website problem.
We will review the issue and discuss available assistance or alternatives. An accommodation for our study platform does not arrange accommodations for an official licensing examination; contact that examination's administrator separately.
