Cookies and Measurement
Essential sign-in storage, optional source measurement and the controls available to you.
Essential account storage
Supabase uses cookies to maintain authentication and support sign-in flows. Names may begin with sb- and can be split into multiple cookies. Session storage duration depends on authentication settings and refresh/sign-out behavior; individual access tokens and persistent session cookies need not have the same lifetime. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in or continuity between pages.
Stripe and your chosen Google/Apple sign-in provider may set their own cookies on their services for payment, authentication and fraud prevention. Their notices and browser controls govern that storage.
Our optional cookies
ab_acquisition_choice records yes or no for optional source measurement. ab_acquisition is set only when allowed and stores a broad source category, public landing page and capture time. Both use a maximum lifetime of 30 days, Secure, SameSite=Lax and the site-wide path. Choosing No thanks removes the source cookie and remembers your choice.
You can reopen Measurement preferences on public pages when measurement is enabled. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables optional capture and removes the source cookie. If those signals are active, the preference prompt is suppressed. Clearing browser cookies also clears the remembered choice and may cause it to be asked again.
Cookie-free analytics is separate
Vercel public analytics measures visits, broad signup/checkout interest and site performance without analytics cookies. Declining the source cookie does not by itself disable that separate analytics. Our integration disables public analytics when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is active. Private routes, URL queries and free-text form values are excluded from our analytics payloads.
You can block cookies or site requests using browser controls. Some essential features may stop working. No cookie choice changes your access price. For deletion of information already associated with an account or order, use the Privacy Policy request process.

Use the Measurement preferences control beneath public-page content when measurement is enabled. It is hidden when your browser sends a privacy signal; that signal takes precedence.
