Acceptable Use Policy
Use the learning tools responsibly and respect other people's information, work and professional boundaries.
Permitted use
Use the service for your own education and lawful application of designated tools. Contractors, appraisers and public adjusters have different authority. A role filter or course does not expand your legal authority. Verify state rules, contract duties and applicable policy terms before acting.
Prohibited conduct
Do not fabricate evidence, alter loss dates, inflate quantities, misrepresent damage, create false credentials, impersonate another person or coach fraudulent claims. Do not use the tutor or question bank to cheat on a live or protected examination.
Do not share logins, sell access, scrape paid material for redistribution, train a model on protected course content without permission, bypass payment/authorization controls, extract answer keys, introduce malware or intentionally overload the service. Lawful rights and exceptions are not restricted.
Do not upload or paste customer files, private claim correspondence, invoices, health information, payment credentials or other sensitive third-party data. Use hypothetical or de-identified examples. Do not harass, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against others through support or reporting channels.
Reporting and enforcement
Report misuse to abuse@adjusterbase.com and security vulnerabilities to security@adjusterbase.com. Include a URL and a concise description without accessing another user's data. We may investigate and restrict offending use proportionately, including immediate restrictions where needed for safety or security. Contact support@adjusterbase.com to challenge a mistaken restriction.
This policy does not prohibit honest criticism, good-faith security reports, lawful whistleblowing, regulatory complaints or exercise of statutory rights.
