Public Adjuster Training & Exam Preparation

Build your study plan around the state where you intend to work, then connect policy knowledge with practical claim skills.

Start with your state's requirements

A public-adjuster study plan is not the same everywhere. Check whether the state licenses the role, requires an exam, imposes approved education requirements or restricts the work. Our 50-state directory explains each course's educational scope and provides recorded official references. AdjusterBase is independent exam preparation and education, not an approved prelicensing or CE provider.

A practical study sequence

  1. Read the course scope and official requirements before purchasing.
  2. Learn policy structure and vocabulary, then explain each concept in your own words.
  3. Practice valuation and estimate calculations with units and assumptions shown.
  4. Use short practice sets to identify weak topics, then return to the relevant lesson.
  5. Apply the concepts in scenarios and timed practice where relevant to your course.

What a study pass includes

Published courses include lessons, original practice questions, flashcards and interactive learning. Your account saves progress so you can return to your course. A single-state pass costs $50 for six months; the $100 all-state pass lasts one year. Both are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.

Try the learning approach first

Read a state lesson sample, take the free general practice quiz, and use the learning calculators. Sample quiz results are feedback on those questions, not a prediction of an official exam score.

Beyond exam preparation

Claim documentation, estimate reconciliation and appraisal evidence are useful continuing learning topics. Explore our public resource library and the member War Chest. Always work within the authority of your role and jurisdiction.
