Course access required

Educational access only. Kentucky law currently pauses ordinary new public-adjuster applications and license issuance for two years beginning April 13, 2026, while allowing renewal of licenses already in effect and a narrow transition path for temporary or apprentice licenses already in effect on that date. For contracts entered on or after July 15, 2026, current law also restricts public-adjuster negotiation with insurers for two years and imposes amended contract, rescission, fee, funds, and conduct rules. This course supports consumer claim literacy and incumbent compliance; it does not grant authority, create an ordinary new-license path, provide approved continuing-education credit, or replace current DOI, court, or legal guidance.

Selecting a state does not purchase or unlock a course. The single-state pass provides six months of access; the all-state pass provides one year.
