Course access required

Arkansas does not issue a public-adjuster license or administer a public-adjuster examination. This course provides property-policy and consumer claim education so insureds can understand and document their own claims. It does not authorize a nonattorney to solicit, prepare, negotiate, adjust, or settle an insured’s claim for compensation. Arkansas Insurance Department guidance states that compensated insured-side adjusting by a person who is not a licensed attorney should be reported. Insurer-side and limited-adjuster credentials do not create public-adjuster authority. Consult AID or qualified Arkansas counsel before offering services or for legal advice.
